There are two cracks rising from the base, the longest measuring 3.5 cm., possibly from firing. There are remnants of an Oriental Ceramics Society exhibition label to the interior of the figure, and further firing cracks visible in the interior as well. There is a loss to the tip of the middle curl on the figure's right eyebrow. There is a small glaze abrasion to the second to last toe, and small shallow chips along the lower edges of the robe. There are scattered minor firing imperfections.
