The movement is not running, balance rotates freely however the barrel spring is broken and the hand setting mechanism is not working. The repeating mechanism is striking. Enamel dial in good condition. There is a pearl missing to the bezel and some small scratches to the enamel.

Louis Rosselet, a Genevoise enameller working from the mid 19th to the early 20th century, was known for his whimsical scenes depicting peacocks and fanciful Far Eastern scenes.
