景德鎮御窰瓷匠技臻藝絕，本品當為其中典範。此類花觚造型簡潔，或帶出戟裝飾，亦有無出戟造型，釉種豐富，施仿官、天藍或仿汝釉。單觀外貌，單色釉瓷似為簡單，實則技巧要求極高，於各門中唯屬最難，需取純土，施精工，罩勻釉，穩火入窰，佳器方成。各道工序無數，但見瑕疵，前工盡棄。如此大器，更展藝匠臻藝。本品釉色青雅，溫潤如玉，意仿汝器。汝、官、哥、鈞、定，合稱宋代五大名窰。乾隆好古，喜宋瓷，遍集五窰名器無數，且不惜工本大力仿之。足部澀胎塗赭色汁，力求仿效原型雛作。

北京故宮博物院藏一類例，形略小，錄於耿寶昌編，《故宮博物院藏古陶瓷資料選萃》，北京，2005年，卷2，圖版244。一較小仿汝釉花觚，載於康蕊君，《玫茵堂中國陶瓷》，倫敦，2010年，卷4，編號1792，售於香港蘇富比2012年4月4日，編號4。香港蘇富比曾售兩對近例，分別為2005年5月2日，編號688，以及2012年10月9日，編號108，後者出自胡惠春珍藏。亦可比較一茶葉末釉作例，屬白納德伉儷雅藏，售於香港蘇富比1988年11月15日，編號72，後兩度售於香港佳士得，2001年4月30日，編號681，及2007年11月27日，編號1718。另見一青釉作例，原屬日本廣田松繁收藏，現存東京國立博物館，曾展於《廣田藏》，東京國立博物館，1973年，編號281。

一雍正雛作，器形與本品近似，其腹與足部出戟亦與此同，尺寸略小，施仿官釉，藏於南京博物院，展於《清瓷萃珍：清代康雍乾官窰瓷器》，香港中文大學文物館，香港，1995年，編號32。
