菊盤疇偶寄眉壽

對盤繪菊花綻放盛開之姿，精妙巧緻，工筆中見寫意，展現胤禛高潔清雅之品味。雍正帝致思藝文，力興工巧器物之研發，特別是江西景德鎮御窰廠瓷作，胤禛治瓷如治國，從圖案樣式，以至往後每一工序，皆一絲不苟，監管嚴密。雍正帝向以卓越品味著稱，而此對粉彩瓷盤，器型秀雅，畫工入微，施彩精緻，盡展天子力臻完美之風。事實上，與本品器形紋樣相近之盤，因其工精藝巧，過去曾以為乃出自紫禁城宮廷作坊畫師之手。

盤心菊圖，滲著名畫家惲壽平（1633-1690年）之風，與其花卉繪畫極為相似。惲氏，號南田，為清初六大家之一，以沒骨花卉聞名，擅用色彩濃淡取代輪廓線條。惲氏以此新穎獨特之技法，呈現花卉特有的美感，使其筆下之妍芳生動明豔，自成一格。且未拘泥於傳統對色調雅俗之別，始創以如紅、紫及青綠等濃豔之色入畫，促成中國花卉繪畫的復興。雍正帝賞識惲氏造詣，曾命瓷匠將其花卉畫作摹於瓷上，生動雅致。惲氏所繪《山水花卉冊》中之牡丹及菊花畫，刊錄於呂成龍，〈雍正御窰瓷器概述〉，《故宮博物院八十華誕古陶瓷國際學術研討會論文集》，北京，2007年，頁212，圖26；該菊花圖又見於《惲壽平精品集》，北京，1992年，圖4（圖一）。在中國，菊花備受重視，乃最早栽培的花卉之一。初寒節氣，當許多其他花卉已凋零，菊花卻盛開綻放，因此被視為秋季的象徵，為九月之花。其藥性據說可延年益壽，是以意喻長壽。飲菊花酒之習可溯自漢代，古人於農曆九月九日飲用菊花酒，以祈高壽。

此對盤以外，器形、尺寸及紋飾相同之品，現知另有七例。其一現藏台北國立故宮博物院，錄於《故宮清瓷圖錄─康熙窰．雍正窰》，東京，1980年，圖版98。Paul and Helen Bernat 伉儷舊藏一盤，曾二度由香港蘇富比售出，1988年11月15日，編號47，及1991年10月29日，編號257（圖二），後又再售於香港佳士得1994年5月1-3日，編號670。另一例曾先後為 C.M. Moncrieff 及 Woodthorpe 珍藏，1954年4月6日於倫敦蘇富比售出，編號102。A.E. Hippesley 收藏也有一對，1925年1月30日售於紐約 Anderson Galleries，編號57。還有一例售於香港佳士得1994年10月31日，編號672，現藏漢堡 Museum fur Kunst und Gewerbe，著錄於 Giuseppe Eskenazi 及 Hajni Elias，《A Dealer’s Hand, The Chinese Art World through the Eyes of Giuseppe Eskenazi》，倫敦，2012年，頁343，圖版418。《龍泉集芳：創業七十周年記念》又載一菊花盤，卷1，東京，1976 年，圖版1064。

另有相類作例，盤心或繪牡丹、或繪菊花，繪畫較形簡約，尺寸略小（直徑約16公分），口呈菊瓣式。可參見清宮舊藏二例，現存北京，錄於《故宮博物院藏文物珍品全集．琺瑯彩．粉彩》，香港，1999年，圖版58及59（圖三）。天民樓葛士翹珍藏一對，曾展於《中國文物集珍：敏求精舍銀禧紀念展覽》，香港藝術館，香港，1985年，編號181，其一又載於 Hugh Moss，《御製》，香港，1976年，圖版64，及《天民樓藏瓷》，香港，1987年，圖版96。趙從衍珍藏也有一對，1987年5月19日於香港蘇富比售出，編號313。

菊瓣式盤始作於雍正年間，胤禛嘗命景德鎮御窰廠督陶官年希堯，製十二色菊瓣盤。雍正十一年（1733），清宮檔案紀錄一道聖旨，特命年氏燒造各色菊瓣盤各四十件。就單色釉菊瓣盤之探討，可參見康蕊君，《玫茵堂中國瓷器》，卷4，第 1部分，倫敦，2012年，頁390，其中刊錄一雍正年款茄皮紫釉例。單色釉盤口沿皆呈菊瓣式，唯粉彩例有如本品所示之折沿一類。參考北京藏一套十二色菊瓣盤中之白釉例，刊於《故宮珍藏康雍乾瓷器圖錄》，香港，1989年，頁316，圖版145。Hall 家族舊藏也有一白釉菊瓣盤例，售於香港蘇富比2000年5月2日，編號551。
