清乾隆 松石綠地粉彩折枝花卉「福壽延綿」雙龍耳瓶 《大清乾隆年製》款

of baluster form with a waisted base and a generous rounded body sweeping up to a flared rim, flanked by a pair of archaistic dragon handles joined by a broad band in relief collaring the neck, superbly enamelled within gilt outlines against an intense turquoise ground with eighteen iron-red bats hovering among detached floral sprigs and billows of blue and white clouds, each side with four bats surrounding a central bat, with further groups of three bats below the handles and two on the neck, the dragon handles finely painted in delicate shades of iron-red with gilt details, the raised collar band encircling the neck centred with two iron-red shou medallions and pink-petalled floral sprays against a rich yellow ground picked out with feathery gilt scrolls, all below a border of pendent yellow-ground ruyi and a gilt mouth rim, the base skirted with pale green crashing waves and two jagged rocks exquisitely enamelled in shades of blue and pale green, the interior and the base enamelled turquoise, the latter inscribed with a six-character gilt seal mark

One of the dragon handles has been broken and reglued. The clean break occurred at the joints between the handle and the neck, extending at the bottom-end of the handle across the dragon's chin. There is a further chip to the handle, along the outer edge in the middle that has been slightly repainted to match. There is a slight lean to the vase. There are some light scratches to the surface and a 1.5 cm area of turquoise loss on base. Apart from this the vase is in overall good condition.

雍正在位年間，景泰藍並不甚受重視，但至乾隆之時，弘曆對銅胎掐絲琺瑯器尤為鍾愛，除大規模製作外，嘗下命以瓷仿傚，本品當屬其中。當時也有以銅胎畫琺瑯仿掐絲琺瑯之品，以描金細線代替曲捲銅絲。雖遠早於十八世紀前，已有模倣不同材質之作，但乾隆年間，工藝精湛，仿學藝作近乎完美，時出幾可亂真之品。畫師在此瓶上以描金勾勒，妙仿景泰藍上之鎏金銅絲，其流麗線條，與鏤雕雙龍耳對比鮮明，卻又不失雅致大方，賞心悅目。

本品色彩搭配雖依銅胎琺瑯器之調，但其色地上綴紋飾繁密，風格上更接近於傳統洋彩瓷作。瓶近足處繪飾洶湧波濤，有別於一般習見之仰蓮瓣紋，尤為特殊。近例可參見一藍地粉彩雲鳳紋雙象耳瓶，其形與此類同，且也飾海水，見《故宮博物院藏文物珍品全集．粉彩．琺瑯彩》，香港，1999年，圖版134。

本品瓶身兩面皆以礬紅彩繪五蝠，寓意吉祥，連同瓶頸雙蝠，兩側龍耳下瑞蝠各三，共數十八，更添富貴之意。瑞蝠拱團壽，加上祥雲捲延不絕，寄託福壽連綿之願。

有一相近粉彩雲蝠紋龍耳瓶，形較圓弧，近足處環飾蓮瓣及如意紋，售於倫敦蘇富比1991年12月10日，編號318，可作參考。同類仿掐絲琺瑯器，形狀紋飾雖異，但也宜作比對，如清宮舊藏之三例，現仍存北京，出處同上，圖版115、118及119，其中圖版119也署以描金年款。亦可參見放山居 Alfred Morrison 故藏如意耳瓶，該器曾入戴潤齋藏，後售於香港蘇富比2010年10月7日，編號2132。另有一粉彩獸耳瓶例，曾三度售於香港蘇富比，最近一次為2010年4月8日，編號1852。
