Very good condition over all. The surface is clean and the paint is well adhered to the steel. Small areas of rust are evident in areas that are thinly painted and areas of exposed steel, but these areas do not compromise the steel's structural integrity. Minor paint losses along the edges have been inpainted so they are less visible. A tightly bound ½" long accretion was found on a blue stripe on the right edge. A small (1/2" x1/2") sticker is evident on the back central section ½" above the bottom edge. Numerous scratches can be seen in the thickly applied paint layer. These surface irregularities are inherent to the artwork and demonstrate the artist's painterly and expressive hand.
