百達翡麗5002型號，別稱Sky Moon Tourbillon，是品牌在2001年時所推出首度配置了雙錶盤的超複雜功能腕錶，被喻為是本世紀最重要和最優秀的腕錶作品。此一型號只保留給其最重要的客戶，合適的申請人必須符合各項嚴格條件，並通過一次面談才能被登錄到等候名單中。其設計靈感來自於備有星象圖的Star Caliber 2000懷錶，百達翡麗成功將其中之高端複雜功能濃縮至腕錶錶殼中。此錶由686個零組件組合而成，由於製程工序繁複，據了解每年僅生產兩枚。Sky Moon Tourbillon 於高端複雜鐘錶市場猶如法國超級跑車Bugatti Veryon在跑車市場中無所匹敵的崇高地位，兩者皆在物資較充沛的時代，進行研究開發，並以挑戰極限為終極目標。2001年推出時，鐘錶市場環境大不相同，此型號不僅腕錶錶徑達43毫米，能同時擁有12項複雜功能更是超乎想像。隨著十幾年的時間過去，當中鐘錶工藝及科技的發展日新月異，但它仍然被認為是21世紀最登峰造極的腕錶，相信在近期內皆難被取代及超越。

5002型號於2011年正式停產，此枚生產年份為2010年的腕錶，相信為最後幾枚作品之一。其機芯通過了一套品牌自訂更嚴謹的品質監控測試，印有「PP印記」，更是首見於公開市場。據資料顯示，此型號自正式生產以來，僅僅6次出現於國際拍賣場上，除了此枚之外其它機芯號碼全為335開頭，且皆生產於2007年之前，可以合理推斷百達翡麗自推出了「PP印記」後也開始了新的402開頭機芯序號。此外，搶眼的紅色日期指針在此處也取代了其傳統的藍針。此枚腕錶以無與倫比的最佳狀態呈現，無疑提供藏家絕世機會，收藏鐘錶製造史上最傳奇性的一頁。
