Contemporary Art Day Auction

This October, Sotheby’s Contemporary Art Day Auction in London will offer a fantastic array of works from the post-war period to the present, bringing together seminal pieces by acclaimed and highly sought-after artists. The sale will include important works by some of the most celebrated German artists, including Gerhard Richter, Rudolf Stingel and Franz West, as well as vibrant examples from the hugely popular Japanese artists Yayoi Kusama and Yoshitomo Nara. The sale will also be underscored by works donated by leading contemporary artists, including Jeff Koons and Antony Gormley, sold to benefit the Aortic Centre Trust charity.
