Bugatti, Ferrari, Breguet and Patek Philippe are all prestigious brand names that will delight male audiences in this second edition of Passions au Masculin, taking place from 31 January to 3 February at the Galerie Charpentier. Two vintage cars top the bill: a 1925 Bugatti Type 35 Grand Prix, chassis 4394, a highly iconic and sought-after model of the 1920s, alongside a unique 1953 Ferrari 166 MM Spider, which competed in both the 1953 and 1954 Mille Miglia and later was featured in the MGM film The Racers with Kirk Douglas at the wheel.
They will appear alongside a fine selection of outstanding watches: a platinum Patek Philippe with a perpetual calendar and chronograph, reference 3970 and a Breguet grand complication with minute repeater and perpetual calendar.
Contemporary art, photography and design lovers will not be disappointed either, with re-editions for Hermès of armchairs by Jean-Michel Frank and a desk clock by Dupré-Lafon, as well as photographs by Erwin Olaf, Robert Mapplethorpe and Bill Henson.
