Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is slightly brighter and it fails to fully convey the texture of the collaged elements visible in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. All collaged elements are stable. Very close inspection in raking light reveals a few shallow and superficial scratches in places with a few associated minute and unobtrusive nicks to some of the collaged elements. There is some lifting to a few of the extreme corner tips of the collaged elements, as well as some irregularities, which are likely to be inherent to the execution process. Further close inspection reveals a minute nick to the black background on the upper left corner. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
