Description

A FINE AND RARE PANORAMA, showing, from left to right, the southern entrance towers followed by the covered staircase leading up to the pagoda platform and the pagoda. The Shwe Dagon is Burma’s most revered Buddhist shrine and stands at the centre of a terraced site on Singuttara Hill.
