Ambra Medda is the co-founder and Creative Director of L’ArcoBaleno, an online marketplace devoted to collectible design in its broadest sense, combining ecommerce, information and community. Her passion is to ignite great design by facilitating innovative collaborations between designers, curators, students, luxury brands and institutions; discovering and nurturing talent, and producing editorial content that educates, delights, amuses and inspires.               

Medda is also the co-founder of Design Miami/, the definitive fair for limited edition design, with annual shows in Basel, Switzerland and Miami, USA.  Launched in 2005, Medda acted as Director for five years in which time she positioned the fair as the most substantive forum for collectible design. Raised in Europe, the daughter of a design gallerist, Medda has been immersed in the artistic community from an early age – organizing and curating exhibitions, attending auctions, fairs and gallery openings.
