The title-page to volume 2 and the half-title to volume 3 are loosely supplied.
Tears in the upper inner margin of quires A, B, and C1-2 skilfully mended occasionally affecting a few letters, engraved title and borders of two diagrams.
This cloak dates to the 18th century; its association with Joseph Brant is based on the oral tradition of the family of Ken Woody, who trace their descent from Brant through a relationship outside of marriage.
