Sotheby’s Hong Kong Fine Chinese Paintings sale achieved a total of HK$519.57 million/ US$66.5 million on 2 October 2017. Highlights included Li Keran’s Magnificent Mountains With Gushy Cascades, sold for HK$122million/ US$15.6 million, and Fu Baoshi’s Trekking Over Mountains In Moonlight, sold for HK$92.9 million/ US$12 million.
