Sotheby’s first single-owner collection of Contemporary Ink Art at auction worldwide achieved a solid total of HK$43,523,750 / US$5,579,968, with more than 80% of lots sold. Four artist records were established including the top lot of the sale, Liu Dan’s Poppy, which fetched HK$6,920,000 / US$887,189.
