Michael Berger-Sandhofer

Michi joined Sotheby’s at the end of 2013 and works closely with the European Chairmen on managing Sotheby’s relationships with top clients worldwide. He has worked closely with them on sourcing major works for global sales at Sotheby’s and advising them on how to further enhance their collections. In addition to being a Deputy Chairman at Sotheby's, Michi is the President of the Patrons’ Circle of the world’s most prestigious Salzburg Easter Festival and a classical music expert, he uses this platform to provide Sotheby’s with an opportunity to engage with important international collectors. An Austrian native, Michi is fluent in German, Italian and French.
