Jewelry Trends of the '70s

Jewels from the 1970s reflect the freedom that the decade represented. Designers utilized new, unique shapes and combined various textures to create pieces that represented the fresh, eclectic personal styles that were emerging. Women had a greater presence in the workforce and looked for jewels that could carry them from day to night, from their desks to the disco.
