SAN FRANCISCO - I spend a lot of time in airports, but the new American Airlines terminal at SFO has almost as many good dining options as the Napa Valley. For a warm up, I had a Pinkberry caramel yogurt dusted with sea salt; then I couldn’t resist Napa Farms Market, a “farm to flight” experience that included amazing rotisseried porchetta and chicken by celebrity chef Tyler Florence.  They packed me a picnic for the short flight to L.A., and it was remarkably good. There are so many fun wine bars, bookstores, coffee shops and boutiques that I was disappointed when my plane wasn’t delayed.
