Condition
Original canvas. Unlined. Appears sound. There are two seams within the work where the canvas is joined. One to the left hand side of the work, running the vertical length of the piece and the other running horizontally halfway across the work on the left hand side. There is a minor rip in the canvas to the bottom right hand and upper left hand corners. There are minor surface marks and surface impurities throughout the work, particularly along the edges of the work; possibly inherent. There is minor cracking to the paint surface along the edges of the work. This cracking has led to parts of the surface appearing unstable. Inspection under UV light reveals no signs of restoration or repair. Frame: This work is unframed but stretched.
