Description
Claw-set with a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 8.35 carats, between step-cut diamond shoulders weighing 1.70 carats each, size 501/2, Swiss assay mark.
Condition
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 91243 and Gübelin report no. 17090040, each stating that the cushion-shaped sapphire, weighing 8.35 carats, measuring 12.89 x 10.31 x 6.69mm, is of Kashmir origin, with no indications of heating. Also accompanied by GIA reports no. 2218209665 and no. 1203308149, each stating that the step-cut diamonds, weighing 1.70 carats, measuring 7.70 x 5.86 x 3.95 mm and 7.70 x 5.76 x 3.90 mm, respectively, are G colour, VVS2 and VS2 respectively, Excellent Polish and Symmetry. Stamped Pt 900 for platinum. Minor surface reaching inclusion to the pavillion. In excellent condition. Gross weight approximately 9 grams.
