Condition

Executed on cream wove paper, laid down on canvas. There is a crease running horizontally across the centre of the composition, a few further smaller flattened creases (the longest of which is approx. 2 cm long) in the lower right corner and a minor repaired tear (approx. 0.2 cm long) towards the centre of the lower edge. There are a few superficial scratches to the left part of the composition, only visible under close inspection. There are minor scattered paint losses, most predominately to the white pigment. There is a stretcher bar mark visible along the upper edge. This work is in overall good condition.
