Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. The burlap is lined with canvas and well-stretched. The media layer is stable overall. A two-inch horizontal band of brown discoloration is present at the lower left extreme edge of the burlap, measuring eleven inches in length. Two half-circle areas of light beige discoloration are present at the extreme central left edge of the canvas, measuring one and a half and one-half inches in length respectively. However, none of these areas interfere with the central composition. Under ultraviolet light inspection, intermittent spot accretions become apparent throughout the central quadrants, and fluorescence occurs due to the media utilized by the artist, however no evidence of inpainting becomes apparent.
