Condition
The sculpture is in very good condition. The marble exhibits minor inclusions and hairline veining that are inherent to the stone. It has a coating on it that appears cloudy in several areas. A cluster of white scratches can be seen under one of the horizontal elements. These scratches are smooth to the touch so they may be in the coating. A faint circular pattern and areas where the black differs in color can be seen on the surface which may also be the coating. No significant damage or signs of excessive wear are noted on the sculpture. The sculpture is clean and structurally sound.
