Condition

Surface and painting with craquelure and peeling throughout commensurate with age and use. Three corbels lacking (2 on left side of horizontal segment of pediment, 1 on right side of horizontal segment of pediment). One glass triangular segment in transom left of center appears to be replaced. Chips to upper leaves on center blossoms on both Ionic capitals are lacking. Minor loss to dentil carving at upper right inside corner. Some loss to left outside fluted molding on bottom. Door with four later holes to accommodate a knocker (now lacking).
