Condition

The following condition report was kindly provided by Simon Parkes Art Conservation, Inc.: This work is in very good condition overall. Although the canvas is lined, the surface is slightly uneven in the upper right, which could be corrected if the lining were replaced. The paint layer is clean and retouched. There are no real retouches in the figure herself, except in her black belt. There are small dots here and there in the umbrella, and some retouches in her black shoes. The background is more or less unretouched. The painting is overall in very good condition.
