Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. The sheet is hinged verso to the mat at the four corners. The sheet is very slightly undulated and there is an artist's pinhole at the top center. There is evidence of pale time staining particularly along the perimeter. Under very close inspection, there are a few, pinpoint surface accretions. Framed under glass.

Catalogue Note

"It doesn’t really matter if the viewer understands the concepts of the artist by seeing the art. Once it is out of his hand the artist has no control over the way a viewer will perceive the work. Different people will understand the same thing in a different way.”  Sol LeWitt
