This work is in very good condition overall. There is light evidence of handling to the extreme edges of the sheet, which are discolored slightly with age. There is a slight undulation to the sheet, inherent to the artist’s chosen medium and working method. Under very close inspection, there is stable hairline craquelure in the more thickly impastoed passages with a few pinpoint areas of resultant loss. The colors are bright, fresh and clean. The sheet is hinged verso to the mat in the corners. Framed under Plexiglas.
