Condition
Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the white is slightly deeper and richer in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. There is an unobtrusive dent to the stretcher towards the lower left extreme edge. Close inspection reveals a few faint handling marks and rub marks to the extreme edges some of which have minute specks of loss towards the lower left corner and towards the upper right corner. Very close inspection reveals a few hairline drying cracks in isolated places throughout. Further very close inspection in raking light reveals two very fine cracks towards the right black triangle. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultra violet light.
