RARE: no copy is located by VD16, USTC, or Josef Benzing & Jean Müller’s Bibliographie Strasbourgeoise (1981-1986). The only record we find of a copy is Stadtbibliothek Frankfurt am Main, Katalog der mathematischen Abteilung (Frankfurt am Main 1909), p.115 (shelfmark: Math appl. 506). Nothing is known about the author other than his Silesian origins.
