Condition

The panel is in good stable condition. Overall the work is in excellent condition and contains strong passages of impasto throughout. There are a few areas of minor craqueluer in the lower portion of the composition. Some rubbing and abrasion visible along the upper and right hand edges. The work may benefit from a light clean. UV light inspection reveals no evidence of retouching or restoration. Held in the original decorative gilt frame.
