the rounded bud forming the vessel, borne on a gnarled twig-form base issuing flowers, the rim with later-added silver mounts hinged to a silver-mounted celadon jade flowerhead-form knop, wood stand (2)

Condition

The water pot is in good overall condition.There is chip to one petal, general expected wear to the surface and scattered minute nicks to edges. The rim of the vessel is adhered to a silver mount. The later flower form jade finial is secured to the silver lid by two metal pins and there are small chips to the edges of the petals.
