of ovoid form with a short neck and everted rim, four horizontal pinched handles at the shoulder, the amber glaze extending to the lowest quadrant of the vessel exposing the buff body beneath, wood stand (2)

Purchased in Hong Kong, 1960s-1970s.

Condition

In overall fair condition with only expected surface wear (including minor frits to the glaze, mostly tiny but one is approx. 1 cm), and very small chips to the base), and minor firing imperfections (including small glaze gaps and some fine cracks within the glaze).
