Description

  • Height 41 1/2  in., 105.4 cm; Width 19 in., 48.3 cm; Depth 16 in., 40.1 cm
with a gently arched crestrail joined to slightly serpentine back posts, centering an S-shaped rectangular splat, the hard-mat seat with molded edge frame above an arched and beaded hardwood apron, the back and side with plain spandreled aprons, two of jichimu and one hardwood, the square-section legs joined by stretchers of ascending height

Condition

The chair with consolidation to the joinery, there have been replacements of the aprons and stretchers and there is wear overall and water staining to the seat frame.
