the globular body rising from a short foot to a long, slender tubular neck, covered overall with a rich green glaze save the recessed base

Condition
The rim has been restored, possibly to conceal glaze flakes and shallow chips. The outer foot rim with a small glaze flake. Some expected light surface wear and minor firing imperfections, including a firing crack to the inner mouth.
