Three engravings, 1588, from The Four Disgracers, after Cornelis van Haarlem, very good impressions, lacking the text, S. 257 presumably the first state (of three), on paper with an indistinct watermark, S. 258 the only state, on paper with an Escutcheon with Diagonal Stripe and the Letters WR Appended surmounted by Fleur-de-Lys watermark, dated circa 1590 (Briquet 7210), S. 260 the first state (of three)

Condition

Each trimmed to the subject, lacking the text border, in good condition, with a few short skilfully repaired tears at the sheet edges and occasional minute brown stains, each verso with a soft horizontal and vertical crease (not visible recto) and some remains of previous paper mounting.
