Condition

The sculpture appears sound. There are a few small flecks of oxidisation, including to the proper right side of the dog's face, to the front left and back right paws, to the right flank, and to the underside of the sculpture. There are some very minor spots of rubbing to raised areas including to the head, paws, haunches and towards the base of the back, with one or two very minor further instances. There are some remnants of casting residue and surface dirt in creviced areas. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in excellent condition. The work is freestanding.
