Condition

The work is executed on panel. The panel is comprised of a single piece of wood which is on cradled beveled on all four sides and in flat stable condition. UVA light reveals a picture in very nice condition there are only a couple of very small scattered retouches in the sky namely in the lower right in middle quadrant of the composition. To the naked eye the varnish appears somewhat yellowed in the picture could perhaps benefit from a light clean but overall most of the original paint is in tact and the painting could be hung in its current state. In a carved gilt wood frame.
