Gem set and diamond necklace, 'Plume de Paon', Boucheron
Designed as a peacock feather set throughout with circular-cut gemstones, including  tsavorites, spessartite garnets, sapphires, rubies, and brilliant-cut diamonds, one terminal set with a pear-shaped diamond, the other with a cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 40.88 carats, signed Boucheron, numbered, French assay mark for gold and maker's mark.

Accompanied by Gübelin report no. 0505133, and SSEF report no. 102171, each stating that the sapphire is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating.
