The cushion-shaped sapphire weighing 14.01 carats, set in a mount embellished with brilliant-, single-cut and baguette diamonds, size 54, French assay mark for platinum and French partial maker's mark.

Condition

Accompanied by SSEF report no. 97361 and Gübelin report no. 18010245, both stating that the cushion-shaped sapphire, weighing 14.01 carats, measuring 12.68 x 12.30 x 9.48mm is of Kashmir origin, with no indications of heating, 'royal blue' colour, each with an appendix letter. French partial maker's mark. French assay mark and stamped PT 950 for platinum. Sapphire blue of strong saturation, a few minor nicks. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 2.40 - 2.60 carats, on average I-J colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Scratches to the metal consistent with age and use. Gross weight approximately 5 grams.
