Description

The wristwatch set with a tonneau-shaped dial, applied with baton and arabic numeral indicators, decorated with pear-shaped rubies, brilliant-cut, marquise-shaped and baguette diamonds, mounted in platinum, length approximately 170mm, dial signed Hamilton, manual winding; and a bracelet composed of numerous pear-shaped rubies and brilliant-cut diamonds, mounted in 18 karat white gold, length approximately 165mm.

Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement. Inscribed PLAT for platinum. Dial signed Hamilton, manual winding movement. Rubies estimated to weigh approximately 2.5 - 2.8cts are medium dark purplish red colour of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, minor chips and abrasion when inspected under 10x magnification. Diamonds are bright and lively. Signs of normal wear on metal, overall in very good condition. Bracelet: Stamped 750 for 18 karat white gold. Rubies estimated to weigh approximately 10 - 12cts are medium to medium dark purplish red of medium to medium strong saturation, under 10x magnification there are typical inclusions, minor chips and abrasion, but not quite noticeable when worn. Diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 15 - 18cts are about F - G Colour, mostly VS Clarity as gauged and graded in the mount. Minor signs of wear on metal, overall in very good condition.
