The Bond Jeweller

At the height of the Swinging Sixties, in the idyllic streets of London, David Morris, a hand-crafted jewellery atelier was born. Today, being one of the last remaining salons of its kind, it is no wonder that David Morris is highly sought after by jewellery connoisseurs around the world.

Fascinated by clean cut shapes and exquisite gems, only the most rare and valuable gemstones are showcased in the breath-taking pieces of flawless design. Claiming back to back De Beers Diamonds International Awards in 1963 and 1964, David Morris was launched into global recognition, eventually invited to create the Miss World Crown, which is still being used to this day.

Featured in fourteen James Bond films from the 70s through to the 90s, including the internationally acclaimed Diamonds Are Forever, it is no wonder that the house is well-acquainted with the red carpet. With famed followers such as Elizabeth Taylor, the celebrated ‘Queen’ of Hollywood, Lady Diana, Princess of Wales, as well as numerous other aristocratic patrons, David Morris is truly a jeweller to the royals.

The harmonic composition and intricate craftsmanship of Lot 1755 truly transcends time as the perfect resurrection of vintage glamour and contemporary grace.
