Condition
The canvas is not lined. Examination under UV light reveals some minor flecks of retouching, primarily towards the left edge. There are some flecks of gilding along the upper edge due to previous framing. There is some paint shrinkage within the black pigment to the lower left and lower right part of the composition. This work is in overall good condition.
