Condition

(I) The canvas is not lined, and is joined approximately 2 inches from the lower edge. The impasto is well-preserved. There are two faint horizontal stretcher bar marks in the lower third and upper third of the composition. Under UV light, there is a layer of varnish that is somewhat difficult to read through, though no inpainting is apparent.
