Catalogue Note

Introduced in the year 2000 and discontinued in 2004, the reference 5075 is a watch designed with various special patterned dials that would depict birds, flowers, dragon and more. Each theme can be found in a set of four and the total number of editions made vary. However, to the best of our knowledge, an approximated 250 pieces were made. The present watch is a reference 5075 that was made in the year 2002 to mark the Chinese lunar new year of the horse. Patek Philippe inspiration for the present watch came from a nineteenth century Qing Dynasty cloisonné bowl that uses flowers, horses, bats and birds to represent the elements of land, sea and air.

For this particular theme, only three sets of four were made.
