In 2009, Jaeger-LeCoultre unveiled an exquisite collection of 8 limited edition Master Ultra Thin Enamel “Qing Dynasty”. The collection stems within the inspiration of artworks of two well known painters, Ju Lian and Yun Shou Ping, the representatives of the Lingnan School of Painting of the Qing Dynasty. To render the timeless beauty of the paintings by Ju Lian and Yun Shou Ping, Jaeger-LeCoultre reinterpreted them through superimposing layers of enamel creating a rich palette of depth. Simply moving the watch gently under a source of light, viewers can enjoy the intensive colors of the scenery along with the vibrant bees and butterflies, depicted in the paintings of the great Chinese masters. Jaeger-LeCoultre has also painted the hour numerals in Chinese character on the underside of the crystal, so that the enamel dial can be kept just for the artwork. 

Composed of eight set of graceful watches and launched as limited series, each set is limited to 25 pieces. Ju Lian's signature artwork sits vividly on the face of the present watch, depicting beautiful butterflies perching on flowers. Preserved in excellent condition, the present watch is an embodiment of beauty and meticulous craftsmanship.
