Condition

Overall in very good condition. The table has been professionally and sensitively polished to remove old brass cleaner in recessed areas of the design and to bring out the luster of the metal. The table presents with faint rubbing and light scratches to the brass top which are common with age and not visually obtrusive. There is a very minor ½ in. shallow dent on a side of table top. Slight oxidation of the polished surface on the recessed side corners of the tabletop that vary in length and are not visible unless closely inspected. One corner with a vertical, 2-inch area of minor discoloration. The plexi surface shows a few minor scuffs, consistent with gentle use and age. When unilluminated, the table is a cooler, shade of purple (less magenta). There are two superficial scratches, approximately 3 inches long on the sides, visible only upon flashlight inspection. The lighting system is in good, working condition, but we recommend checking all wiring with a licensed electrician. There are five interior sockets. An iconic 1970s model, rarely appearing at auction with the deep purple plexi.
