Description

  • 21.5 cm, 8 1/2  in.
the multi-armed deity seated in dhynasana on a double lotus base, the principal hands in namasakaramudra, the secondary ones in dhyanamudra, the other hands holding various attributes, wearing a dhoti and a loose shawl over the shoulder, adorned with bejewelled necklaces around the waist and chest, the face with a peaceful benevolent expression, crowned in an ornate headdress

 

Condition

There are several areas of casting flaws and repaired to the body, several losses to the surface including a hole to the body near the waist measuring approximately 1cm wide, which is visible from the front. The crown is slightly misshaped by bruises, and some of the attributes are broken off and polished slightly. There's a dent to the back of the base with associated area of losses, measuring 1.5cm wide.
