• gilt brass full plate oval movement, pierced and engraved balance cock, plain flat balance, ratchet set-up, fusee and chain • engraved silver dial, lower dial indicating the time with engraved scene to the centre, upper dial for date indication with engraved scene of Bremen church to the centre, dates of the week dial, aperture for moon-phases, engraved decoration to the background • silver case with engraved scene to the back depicting George and the dragon, engraved landscape to the band • movement signed Friderich Hubner, Bremen
Condition
The movement is not running. later screws to the balance cock and ratchet and wheel set-up, later chain to the fuse. Dial with some scratches. Case with damage to the hinge, bezel later, scratches and tarnishing throughout.
