Description

Designed as a flower, the open work mount set with circular-cut rubies, brilliant-cut, baguette and tapered baguette diamonds.

Condition

Accompanied by CISGEM, report no. 8693, stating that the three largest rubies are natural, with no indications of heating, weighing approximately 1.15 carats, origin opinion Myanmar (formerly Burma). Stamped DEPOSE on top of clip fitting. Diamonds bright and lively, estimated total weight approximately 7.50-8.50 carats, estimated clarity SI on average, some VS, estimated colour H-J, as graded within the limits of the mount. Rubies well matched in colour, purplish red, transparent, inclusions visible to the naked eye and under magnification, some surface reaching, minor fractures and chips, surface scratches and rubbed facet edges. Light scratches to metal surfaces consistent with normal wear. Clasp closes securely. Total gross weight approximately 39 grams. In good condition.
