Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. The canvas is unlined. There are scattered accretions throughout the work, particularly concentrated towards the 4 corners of the work. There is some minor wear to the pigment at the lower 2 corners and lower turning edge. There is a faint 2 inch linear scratch to the upper left quadrant of the painting. Under Ultraviolet light inspection, there is minor evidence of restoration to the middle right edge, and in the figure's mouth. Framed.
